Notice of Privacy Practices
As a hearing healthcare center, we are required by law to maintain
our patients' privacy regarding their protected health information.
“Protected health information” is information about out
patients, including demographic information that may identify them
and information that relates to their past, present, or future
physical or mental health or condition and related health care
services.
Ear-Tronics “Notice of Privacy Practices” became
effective January 1, 2003. A copy of our practices is available at
all location of Ear-Tronics. It describes how medical information
about our patients may be used and disclosed and how patients can
get access to their information.
